I was not satisfied with the report that virtually did not give me any info. All that I gleeded from the report was that it was not salvage.
I was under the impression that I was to be charged $1.00 for this report. In actuality I have been charged $19.95 for the months of June and July. I did not give my permission for these charges to be deducted from my account.
I want reimbursed for my funds and no further charges to be made to my account.
