Elaine Huggins of South Carolina works for the Horry County Assessor (a local government office). Elaine has a rental property at 3449 Kates Bay Highway in Conway South Carolina. When her tenant fell one week behind on the rent, Elaine quickly filed for eviction. Even though her tenant was only two weeks behind by the court date, Elaine LIED in court - telling the judge that the tenant was 5 weeks behind. She willfully and maliciously exaggerated the delinquency in order to expedite the eviction. And she got away with it. [continued below]....
Well, it turns out that Elaine is related to Melanie Huggins-Ward - who is the Clerk of Court in Horry County, South Carolina. And the judge - Bradley D. Mayers - he was arrested last April in Myrtle Beach on a DUI charge, which, conveniently - was dropped. As you can here - we have a group of public servants who are serving themselves, breaking the law and, as you will soon learn - obstructing justice. I don't know how they do things in South Carolina but where I come from, that's called public corruption.
In the few days preceeding the eviction - a creepy convicted ex-felon who rents from Elaine - known only to me as Tommy - has begun stealing from Elaine's soon-to-be-homeless tenant. Tommy brazenly stole a barbeque grill in the presence of Sheriff Perry Richardson of Horry County, South Carolina - who did nothing about it. In fact, Perry Richardson may be linked to these individuals, and I have some credible evidence that Elaine Huggins influenced Richardson for reasons which I will not get into on here due to an ongoing investigation.
Tommy then proceeded to break in and steal property from tenant at 3449 Kates Bay Highway. Among stolen items was a Yamaha digital piano. Tommy then sold piano to Carl Wiesener - owner of Father and Son Music in Conway South Carolina. Carl Wiesener runs this scam shop with his sister - Precilla Wiesener. His business cards suggest that they are husband and wife. No, that's his sister. Carl isn't into women. He acquired a taste for men in prison.
Carl Wiesener sings his gospel hymns and claims to believe in Jesus. But this piece of garbage stole from an individual who ended up having to live in a storage unit for 7 days. How low can you go Mr. Wiesener? You're on the fast track back to prison. It's only a matter of time now. You made a very big mistake Carl by posting that rebuttal on that website Carl. It was traced back to your internet service provider. And in that statement, you admitted to reviewing the victim's credit report. How did you pull the report? Because your credit card statements aren't going to show that you paid for it. So who furnished you with that information? The good ole' boys club isn't going to be able to help you Mr. Wiesener, you're going back to jail.
