I tried to buy a Carlisle home in the Twin Falls community. The sales rep was wonderful...I was up front about what I wanted and she was very professional and we made a deal.. 2 days before closing the finance people they use tried to throw in some type of "jicky" financing. I said no.. I wanted a fixed rate at the set term or no deal from the beginning.
To make a long story short.. if the deal didn't go down I had in writing that I would get my $1,140.00 back... well it has been 2 months.. I have already bought closed and moved into a new home (been there 1 month) and still don't have my money from Carlisle homes. ..The manager Mike Lafoy has contacted me 2 times saying "your check is in the mail" ...he called because I left over 20 messages at the corporate office. NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE THERE!! 713-484-5900 so I get an email from his boss... Rhonda Weidner Vice President - Sales & Marketing Carlisle Homes USA.. she told me the same story....
well it has been 2 weeks now and mail only takes 1-2 days here in the same city??? Is Carlisle homes BROKE?? they can't pay me what is owed which I have in writing???? I feel sorry for the sales rep there...she deserves to be with a much more professional home builder. Now no phone calls no emails nothing..they are avoiding me and KEPT my Money----No wonder they haven't sold many houses in there with the way they treat people! They say one thing and DO another......BEWARE of Carlisle homes in Houston Texas Twin Falls community!

Perry Thomas, now has a corperation called Lancelot Homes. He lives at (((REDACTED))) in El Largo Texas. We contracted him to build a custom home. He lied to us from the beginning, did not pay contractors who put multiple leins on the house, promised he was paying for contactor's work and was always asking for more money. In the end, after two years we fired him and hired someone and with my sweat equity, finished it in six months. We sued Perry Thomas and got a judgement for $563,176.43. We will never see any of that , but why does the leagal system ignore such gross fraud? When is his ongoing scam an offense punishable with prison time?

I too have issues with Carlisle Homes, its President Perry Thomas is ripping people off!
I hope this web site will allow us to get together, maybe we can stop Carlisle and Mr. Thomas from taking anyone else to the cleaners! My loss is in the thousands!
He (Perry Thomas) has absolutly no intention of fixing problems, or refunding any money for home builds that he can not start or complete!
I was not going to post anything, but it looks like there are already a few others that want to move forward with legal actions, I too want to be involved with anyone who is going to file a lawsuit.

Seems Carlisle Homes has no intention of "Doing the Right Thing" I suggest that we ban together and take action. I've done some research on this isssue and they using deceptive trade to abuse the consumer. While this may be the only way to gain attention on an industry that has abused it victims long enough. The laws are truly written in their favor; but lies are lies. I'm willing to put my money where it will do some good and STOP THE THEIVES IN THEIR TRACKS!!!! PLEASE JOIN ME IN STOPPING CARLISLE HOMES, MIKE LAFOY (VICE PRESIDENT), CHARLES SHAW (LOCAL BUILDER), AND ANNETTE WILLIAMS( CLUELESS SALES REPRESENTIVE). As long as we don't act, we don't stand a chance. Please come forward, and report your truth. I have taken pictures, have documentation and what them STOPPED!!! My attorney and I need your help. (((ROR REDACTED))) There is no money required, just facts we can use in court to stop the abuse.

After 100 phone calls and 50 emails they finally decided to pay me my money
after 2 months!
