Purchased a discounted steam cleaner with and additional mop head replacement. They cancelled the purchase stating it is no longer available. Keep emailing them but no refund for the additional head. Just sending the same email over and over again. Very frustrating.

I too purchased a steam mop that was returned as faulty, still waiting on the refund and no communication either, am so annoyed!!

I am having the same problem with the same item. I did pay with a credit card so i might just call the bank. 
I tried calling them but their phone never seems to be available. 

email them constantly and fill up their inbox to get a proper response, ive done this to a Chinese company and get a refund that way lol.

Carllen.com Purchased 5 in 1 steam mop in Oct 2012 recieved December 2012! It did not work! I have been in contact continuously with Carllen since in attempt to swwap for working model, without success. I have now,today, 12th June 2013 tried again to email them, now email has been returned.
