He informed us that he had heavily insured the cart for shipping. The crating for the cart was so poor that 90 percent of it was gone on arrival.
After research on the web we found several other reports of the same guy with the same scam from Virginia. Seems his guy moved to Deltona florida and has started his scams again under different business names.
