Perfect Envision was contacted by Jim Case (Owner) of Carltons Training. Pretty sure the only one that works there as well as he pretends to have other people work there and contacted by email address only (He is the only one that picks up the phone). We are a web development firm and were contracted to build a website for Carltons Training. Jim Case or Jack Cash whoever this fraud is decided to sign a contract with us that was for a half down and and half on completion contract for building a website. He paid the half up front through his AMEX and paid through PayPal. We completed the website and it was there turn to pay the final payment. Instead he disputed the first charge claiming unauthorized charge. Which I have a signed contract and email stating that he paid the first fee and would pay the final on completion. Of course if anybody ever used PayPal you know PayPal doesn't do a damn worth fighting for your right and of course gave up easy and let this man scam our hard earned money. I have since taken down the website as it still belongs to us. He has a back up so puts it back up thinking it is still his. He has since contacted other web design companies pulling the same thing. Asking for services pretending to pay money and disputing it. He is a fraud and deserves a lot worse then a Rip Off Report. He has taken $2000 from us and 3 months of our time. LET IT BE KNOWN THEY ALSO STEAL ALL OF THERE CONTENT FROM THERE COMPETITORS. His website should be shut down.
