Carltons Training Jack Cash (owner) Please do not support this business and their horrible business practices! Los Angelesl , California

Spins Unlimited Hawaii was contacted by Jim Case with Carltons Training Solutions Company on 10/09/12 at 3:51pm asking for our assistance with uploading videos, content and pricing of initially 300 programs onto their website www.carltonstraining.com We signed a contract with them and immediately began the project in a timely manner per their request. After the project was completed were were authorized to charge their AMEX card in the amount of $1332.00. Weeks later we received a notice in the mail that the owner of Carltons Training/Jack Cash owner was alleging that this charge was fraudulent.

We lost the dispute because we didn't actually have an authorization from Jack Cash and even though Collin Jackson in their accounting department authoized the charge and provided the card information that the charges would not be reversed. We have attempted to contact Carlton Accounts Department and speak with Collin Jackson and he has not responded to our correspondences or our voicemails.  We think that this company is going from one company to the other just having people upload products to their site because they don't have anyone on staff competent enough to do it and then dispute the charges and no one ever gets paid and they get work done for free.

Please don't support this business or their products. There is no way to actually speak to a live person there and it is obvious that horrible business practices. I would hate to see what happens when someone wants to return a product!
