Here is a copy of the emails I have sent to carnival as I dont want to type it all again.
In short the crew are rude and unhelpful, I recommend to not use their 3rd party honeymoon wishes gift registry, and I recommend not getting stranded on one of their cruise ships as if a problem arrives be prepared to bend over.

The honeymoon registry funship credits did not show up on my account and no matter to whom I complained to I was repeatedly told that there was nothing that they could do. It was meant to be the main form of currency for my trip. I was even told that I had no way to prove that funds were due to me. I was told that no compensation would be made to make up for the inconvience. I spoke to 5-6 guest services reps regarding the issue including guest services manager Zanet Zink, and the extremely rude supervisor ms. Jacobs. I was told the issue would not be resolved until returning to shore after the cruise. I did finally receive a credit of 450.00 due to me. However, by the time I had received the credit 3 days later I had missed out on the excursions I was considering and 2 checks had bounced in my accounts from repeated credit card authorization. One of these checks being my rent check. This issue could have been resolved quickly and easily had a staff member picked up the phone instead of email contact only. For this reason I feel that I was only able to enjoy 2-3 days of the 5 day cruise.

Im an onboard the Carnival Fascination right now room U105. I used your honeymoon registry for our wedding registry so we would not have to worry about having enough money on board for drinks and the things that are not free that I need to make my cruise a pleasurable experience. I must say this cruise is certainly not a pleasurable experience. I am furious with Carnival; I am on a ship right now hundreds of miles away from my home on the middle of the ocean. If I could jump of this ship and catch a ride home I most certainly would. The guest services members and their supervisors including Zanet Zink have been extremely unhelpful and in some instances downright rude. They have repeatedly told me that it was not their fault, and that there is nothing that can be done for me. Let me explain the situation, I used your honeymoon wishes site for our gift registry, We received around $500 on our gift registry including our own money so we would have adequate onboard spending, It is our honeymoon after all. I called Carnival and the honeymoon registry 4 times or more to confirm that the funds would be on our account. Well guess what, there not. I have given the guests services personnel onboard documentation after they laughed in my face and said that I could not prove that they owed me money.
I had to used the expensive internet to get the document it costed me aprx 20.00 just to go online and get the document and print it out. I am on this ship right now, unable to get any drinks gifts or and necessary item to provide needed comfort. My bank account is in the negative because gratuities are being charged to my bank account. We had to change credit cards to my wifes card because guest services kept contacting us because our account kept going into the negative. We added her card, now it seems they took out more money and now our rent check just bounced. If I get evicted over your actions we will definitely be getting a face to face meeting during the court interaction will we get the compensation I feel that I am deserved by this companies incompetence. I want the director of carnival to call this ship immediately and have this matter resolved in a manner that I will compensated to the point of calmness and it is not going to be easy to make me happy after this incident. I expect this to be fixed and compensated immediately.
