I was on the same cruise and had the exact same thing happen. We had no cabin steward. No sheets, no pillows....we stood in line for quite a while to voice complaints and did everything we could to get satisfaction. IT was a terrible cruise. We came back and complained to Carnival and they said they would give us $50 off our next cruise if booked within 90 days. No thanks.
