Carol Bridge, Carl Renovowski, United Investments, Property Group Rented a property to me that did not belong to them and could not be found when it was time to deal with the bank Hayward, California

I found an advertisement on Craigslist about a 1 bedroom in law house for rent around the corner from where I was living.  The rent was only $600 a month in Oakland.  So I contacted Carol Bridges to get an application.   There was no application on bring in $1300 in cash and the place was mine for $600 a month.  Carol said that the place was a foreclosed property that was bought by United Investments and since they hadnt fixed it up yet I could do whatever I wanted to decorate it.  It all sounded cool but things got weird.  They only wanted rent in cash, receipts were illegible, and sometimes they didnt even show up to collect rent.  When letters stared coming from a company saying that the place was foreclosed I forwarded them to Carol,  she said it was something they were dealing with.  After 7 months of this I asked to see proof of who owned the property, this is when I met Carl who said he was the owner.  He asked if he could use the property to shoot a music video for his son who is a rapper in the Bay Area.  I said okay on the day of the video shoot I introduced him to friends as my landlord.  Then he denied being my landlord so from that point I stopped paying any rent to Carol, Carl or United Investments.  Come to find out the place was owned by CHASE Bank.  Who gave me 6 months to leave after they found out waht happened.  Carol or Carl could not be found when it came time for me to face the bank in court.  Fortunately CHASE offered me free rent, time to relocate, a took care of repairs to make the place more livable.  Do not put your trust in United Investments, Carol Bridges, Carl Renoe, Carl Renovoskii, Ali,  Whitehead or LGO group.
