This issue is over a year old and is now closed. The complainants just wanted KLOPPENBORG removed from their home and lives and have successfully done so long ago. They have also moved on with their lives a very long time ago and suggests KLOPPENBORG try doing the same, the issue is CLOSED!!

IVE KNOWN CAROL HOLLY AND LOVED HER FOR GOING ON 20 YEARS. I'VE HAD THE PLEASURE TO MEET HER FAMILY AND HAVE SEEN FAMILY PHOTOS OF WHEN SHE WAS LITTLE. SHE'S A SWEET TRUSTING AND INTELLIGENT WOMAN WHO HAS THE MISFORTUNE OF PICKING THE LOWEST OF LOWLIFES TO ASSOCIATE WITH. YOU ARE PROOF OF THAT. I'D LOVE TO HAVE A SIT DOWN WITH YOU TO DISPUTE THE S*** YOU ARE POSTING BUT YOU WOULDN'T ENJOY IT MUCH. HAVE A NICE DAY HIDING UNDER YOUR ROCK B******!!!

Kloppenborg starts out by defending herself, her sister JUDY, her BOYFRIEND RICK as well as her 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER and another sister named KAREN, against a complaint filed by me, Christopher, that Kloppenborg refers to as a malicious report of garbage made by a person who has nothing better to do, is on drugs, sells pills, is paranoid, spy's, is angry at her because she allegedly reported her purse as being allegedly stolen, is stalking her and harassing her. Let's stop right there.

Kloppenborg had just gotten out of jail 1month prior to her posting a rebuttal. The purpose for Kloppenborg's arrest that landed her in jail was because she already had outstanding warrants and because the disabled, widowed daughter named Laura of the woman who owns the home where Kloppenborg was visiting during the incident (also the the same home where the owner resided, the disabled, widowed daughter named Laura resided, the disabled grandson Christopher resided as well as where Kloppenborg's now EX boyfriend Rick was also residing) Laura had to call the police because Kloppenborg kept coming into her room while the owner was gone, harassing and threatening to have Laura and Christopher beat and killed.

When 5 police officers arrived to the house, they approached Kloppenborg who they realized was high on crystal meth when they approached her. Kloppenborg sees the officers and quickly says, "oh hello officer, i'm so glad you're here, I was expecting you guys because I need to file a police report against them for stealing my purse" The officers laughed and responded to Kloppenborg saying, "Have a seat and calm down, we're not here over allegations regarding a stolen purse, if you're claiming your purse was stolen, you should've gone down to the police department when you noticed it was missing to file a police report, we don't make special trips to a persons home to take a police report over issues or allegations such as that"

Kloppenborg switched her story to the officer saying, "No no, I already filed a police report last week" the officer asked to see the report. Kloppenborg of coarse couldn't find it. When she was asked what day she noticed her purse was missing, she told them New Year's Eve or New Year's Day, but she wasn't sure. The last time she saw it was when she accidentally left it outside in the backyard on the table where residents of the home go to smoke cigarettes. The officers asked her why she didn't immediately go down to the station to file a police report instead of waiting over a month later for police to come to her to take a report which is something they don't do anyway.

Kloppenborg responded with nervous paranoid statements saying, "They stole my purse when I was doing laundry and accidentally left it in the laundry room" "I had belongings in there that were worth thousands of dollars" "It wasn't just an ordinary purse officer, it was a Prada purse and they're very expensive" The officer interrupted Kloppenborg saying, "Wait a minute, did you leave the purse on the table outback or in the laundry room? Because you keep changing your story. And if you can afford a Prada purse with items in it that are worth thousands of dollars, then why couldn't you afford to pay your court fines resulting in 2 outstanding bench warrants"

Kloppenborg told the officer it was a gift. Finally the officer told Kloppenborg that he didn't wanna hear anything more about a purse and that he didn't even believe a purse existed, let alone got stolen. Kloppenborg quickly said, "Am I going to jail" The officer read Kloppenborg her rights as he handcuffed her and began to escort her to the policeman's vehicle. As the officer led her to the cop car, Kloppenborg asked the officer if they by any chance could stop by the station so she could fill out a police report for her purse before taking her to jail, the officers laughed and told her no, they don't do stuff like that. And it was off to jail Kloppenborg went.

Now, Kloppenborg claims to have been a court stanographer several years ago, so you would think she would be a bit more intelligent with the way things operate and a little more professional when posting her rebuttal to my complaint. However, when I realized that Kloppenborg had a disorder in which she only knew how to make up a bunch of stories and lies that she herself even believed, I soon understood her a lot more and why she's the way she is. Kloppenborg never went to school for any type of court training as she claims to others. In fact, Kloppenborg is currently in collections for not paying back a reported $28,000.00 in student loans she had taken out back in 1996 to use towards education in the court field in Anaheim, California.

The money was never used for school and the money was never paid back. In fact Kloppenborg fled the state of California in the late 90's and again in the early 00's to avoid an open court case in which she never showed up for charges against her for operating a vehicle while under the influence of crystal meth, possession of paraphernalia, possession of crystal meth in Orange County, California where she was arrested (the report says it took numerous police officers to try and hold her down and get her to cooperate while taking her to jail) Kloppenborg spent time in jail, was fined,

her license was suspended and she was supposed to return to court for sentencing, but instead she fled the state before her court date and made her way to Pahrump, Henderson and now Las Vegas. In Kloppenborg's rebuttal, she refers to me as on drug, but I have never been charged for drug activities or ever had any issues as a result of drug use. She also claims that she's being harassed by both me and my disabled aunt. However, we are the one's who currently have an active protection order against Kloppenborg for stalking, harassment and threats to our lives. Kloppenborg currently has been arrested 2 more times since her first arrest that I described earlier. On Halloween 2012, Kloppenborg was placed in The CCDC.

In closing, let's take a look at Kloppenborg's last statement in her rebuttal... EVEN A PRIEST OBVIOUSELY YOU ARE POSSESSED BY SOME DEMONIC TYPE FORCE IF NOT, WELL NEVERMIND... BECAUSE THERE'S NO WAY A DEMON WOULD EVEN WANT TO BE WITH YOU OR AROUND YOU.... SO SAD...

I AM CAROL HOLLY KLOPPENBORG AND WOULD LIKE TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT REGARDING THE MALICIOUS REPORT THAT CHRISTOPHER L MARTIN  ON ME, MY SISTER JUDY AND MY BOYFRIEND RICK AS WELL AS MY 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER CAROL COLLINS-KLOPPENBORG AND MY SISTER KAREN.  I REALLY CANNOT BELIEVE I AM READING THIS.  WHAT A BUNCH OF GARBAGE WRITTEN BY A SAD, ANGRY LITTLE MAN WHO HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO WITH HIS TIME EXCEPT TAKE DRUGS AND SPY ON OTHERS WHICH NOT ONLY MAKES HIM PARANOID BUT WAY WAY OUT OF LINE AND CONFUSED.  FIRST TO MY FAMILY I AM SO SORRY TO EVER HAVE MET THIS PATHETIC WASTE OF OXYGEN WHO UNFORTUNATELY IS A RELATIVE TO MY BOYFRIEND RICK ... NOT ONLY DID THE GUY (CHRIS) AND HIS AUNT LAURA STEAL MY PURSE THEY ARE STALKING ME.  THEY TOOK EVERY ID I HAD AND TRIED TO SET ME UP IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE.  I AM GOING TO HAVE THE COURTS MAKE THEM STOP I HOPE.  AS FOR THE THEFT ALLEGATIONS  I HAVE A CASE NUMBER THAT ALL CAN BE VERIFIED.  THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THEY LIE ABOUT ME AND SAY SUCH THINGS.    YOU KNOW WHAT CHRIS AND LAURA  GOD SEES ALL YOU REALLY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES I KNOW I AM JUST FOR HAVING EVER MET YOU.   I HAVE NEVER EVER EVEN BEEN RUDE TO YOU PEOPLE   GET A LIFE AND STAY AWAY FROM ME AND RICK....
