In February of 2003 I made several phone calls and left messages-no one called back. Then I tried e-mail - no reply. On 3/19/2003 I tried calling again. This time I was told about a new tracking system on line. I went on line and found all the rip-offs and the arrest information. I even tried calling again.
I have since contacted the Attorney General's office and am filing a complaint with them.
