I had gone to the emergency room in 2010 for a fractured wrist, I refuse to pay for health care the way it is. The patient financial department had sent me letters notifying me of my debt. I had arranged for a payment plan to be established. I had failed to follow through with the payment plan I had called them after a while wondering what had happened to my debt account they stated they had tried calling a number that had been disconnected for quite some time. This had happened since 2010, I have called this department every three months. Now my account is in collections, either this is the worst collection company in the world or medical facilities are so rich that they don't need to contact people that owe them money, or they have uneducated people such as Margaret at 2200 N. Forbes Blvd. The medical industry is a joke, I would suggest hiring some one with a mild amount
of intelligence and a formal education. That will be the last time I ever step foot in a medical facility in America with my I.D. in my pocket. From now on guess what, my name is Jose Consuelo and I live on 1234 Sesame St. try and collect on that bill, state of Arizona you cannot turn someone away for not having I.D. or if they are Americans or not. Millions of people get away with non payment to medical facilities. Carondelet, your name is being tarnished by individuals at your establishment. Go for it let the medical industry fail due to lack of a hiring process that hires worthy qualified individuals.
