Carpet Mill cheated us did not put in new padding we paid for.... Theft! They left in the Old Padding in didn't think we would see or notice, they do it frequently - Shame on you carpet mill! They Sold us on new padding. We paid for new padding and when we confronted them they did not fully correct the issues and walked off the job.
They have not finished the job properly nor professionally. Not Cool! So sad they cheat people - Thefts... Lie cheat and steal joke of a company extremely unprofessional - 100% Unacceptable! (Your Padding Con Game is being exposed)
Do the right thing carpet mill Win-Win is all we want - just be fair. We paid 1/2 up front and will pay the balance (less 25% for the nonsense and extreme inconvenience you have and are putting us through) once job is complete satisfactorily as agreed upon.
Carpet Mill Scam: Sales people involved are Donna Frodsham, Larry Raymond, Tim Hilfer, Jamie Schrader.. Carpet Mill and employees: If you don't want bad things said about you then don't do bad things.
