Carport.com Elephant Structures I inquired about a carport, was told, great, no problem, but was not told that they would steal money from me, an aids patient, who will now not be able to pay for medication because of this ripoff! Internet

I contacted Carport.com/Elephant Structures and spoke to a Rep. named Scott. We discussed the financing options, which was Paypal/BillMeLater. I already had an account with BillMeLater and was assured by Scott that the transaction would be approved!
Never was I informed that my mastercard would be debited $64.50 unless the transaction went through!!
The transaction was supposed to go through BillMeLater, BillMeLater turn down the transaction for a single metal carport!
Scott sent through a charge of $64.50 on my mastercard without calling me back or contacting me by email. Letting me know that he was charging my mastercard $64.50 for Carport.com/Elephant Structures. Even though the transaction was not approved by BillMeLater!!!
The first charge if any that would be made on my creditcard was suppose to be $64.00 if and only if the transaction went through BillMeLater, which it did not! But Scott and Carport.com/Elephant Structures took the money anyway and added .50 cents to it to boot!!!
I have my bank attorneys working on this at the moment but I feel that the public needs to be warned about Carport.com/Elephant Structures, because of this company stealing $64.50 from me I will no longer be able to pay for my HIV meds which I aquired HIV from a patient stabbing in the ER of a well known hospital I was working in, This is inexcusable.
If anyone out there can help or needs help file a report on this company, Carport.com/Elephant Structures.
