So Carnival Cruise Lines called twice in a row and woke me up on my one day to sleep in. They said I had won a free cruise to the Bahamas, now I am not stupid so I knew it was a scam. I told them I wanted no part of there scam and I don't know how they can sleep at night knowing they have such a sleazy job. They must be horrible people themselves to go along with such a immoral profession. Now my grandfather has alzheimers and was scammed out of thousands of dollars by telemarking lying scamming b***ards and my family will not put up with it anymore. I don't know how any of them can sleep at night knowing they ruin people lives. When I finally spoke to a supervisor he said I didn't know what I was talking about. He said there was no free Bahamas cruise promotion going on right now and said his company didn't call me. That was a straight lie as soon as you call them you are on hold listening to the dad from growing pains talk about Bahamas cruise promotion. After they gave me different phone calls to make my complaints to one place told me they weren't affiliated with carnival cruises and the other gave me a P.O. Box number to write a letter to. Then they have me a fax number. They all refused to give me there names employee numbers or let me talk to a supervisor. I was hung up on over ten times and on hold longer that 45 min. At the end of two hours of calling and holding and being transferred I still got no results. Only one man apologized and I wish I had his name so I could tell you the one decent person there. By the end all I wanted was the address so I could file my report with the better buisness bureau but they wouldn't give it to me. They flat out refused. That is not good customer service. That is straight up bad buisness. If I have shout it from the rooftops I will make sure as many people as possible know that carnival cruise lines are rude heartless scam artists who care nothing for customers or even people in general. I believe the people who work there are heartless people who are all going to burn in hell one day for the things that they do to helpless trusting people and they know it. Carnival cruises and especially the Clearwater call center will never get any buisness from me or anyone I've ever known.
