in 4/2007 when i inquired about driving for them i was told NO, they would not send me into NYC or LONG ISLAND,because i will NOT GO. they worked with me for over 2yrs. they got a new operations manager and for some reason he didn't like me. i know i am only a poor driver and without drivers there would be no revenue!! anyway i quit in 6/09 and for the last 6mo. they would give me a good load and then cancell it. really trying to piss me off and i believe trying to force me into quiting. my driver manager knew i would not go into NYC. then it happened!!! i was sitting at the georgia pacific plant in palatka fl. and they sent me a load going to kansas city, to p/u at 2400. then they cancelled it and sent me a load to deadhead 75 miles away to p/u the next morning at 0900. GUESS WHERE THE LOAD WENT, LONG F***ING ISLAND,NY well guess what i told them?? not NO but HELL NO. any way MR. CLIFF SMITH got me to quit so they don't have to pay any unemployment, not that i would ever receive any. the last 6 months i was there drivers were leaving like rats from a fire. i don't understand how a company can abuse there drivers the way so many companys do. a happy employee will always benefit the company, any company. i could go on for several more hours, enough is enough. ALL TRUCKING COMPANYS ARE LIERS AND CHEATS, AKA POLITICANS.
