Once a client decides to work with the company, they are very concerned with follow up and provide personal phone calls to clientele on a regular basis.

I signed up for services with this company in Oct 2012 after one of their sales reps cold-called me supposedly because the local Kroger store wanted to offer "tax services" in their store and my company's name "kept coming up" when he asked around. Well, that got him into my office and got me on a 10-minute spiel about how flattered I was that some of my clients recommended me to Kroger.  Turns out, the guy was a sales rep for Cartvertising and not a regional manager for Kroger, as I was also led to expect; instead, the Kroger store fell into his "region" of stores. Long story short, I decided to go ahead and try it out anyways, despite my severe disappointment over the true cause of the visit...to make a sale. We agreed on additional payments beginning on Dec 1 which is when I wanted the ads to be in place by; there was critical holiday shopping days with long wait times to be anticipated in December and I wanted my ads up by then. This was agreed to but today is Dec 31 and they are still not there!!! Tax season starts in 2 weeks, the shopping rush is gone and I am supposed to justify over $3600 in advertising expenses for 6 months when the time that the ads could have done me any good had now PASSED! Do not trust these people by whatever name they go by...Cartvertising, RTUI, Avenue Advertising LP, whatever, UNLESS they put IN WRITING the EXACT date that they will be putting in your ads.
