Casablanca Express deceptive, don't believe anything anyone says Woodland hills, California

I won a "Free Trip"  that wasn't really free to Vegas and recieved confirmation dates in the mail.  We waited for the phone call from the travel agency to confirm our dates. we never received a call.  We finally called ourselves and spoke to a representative that we upgraded our package with. 
We confirmed the dates and time over the phone and was told we would be recieving an email to confirm what we had spoken about over the phone. 

When we got the email it was nothing like what we discussed.  A different day and  different times.  When we called back to inquire about the change we were told we were mistaken and there was no way anyone would have told us that.  They basically called us liars.  Then they went as far as to threaten us with playing back the tapes to prove we were wrong and when we challenged them to play it back then they refused to allow us to hear them. 

I am very disappointed with their service.  They were very unprofessional and disorganized. They should be put out of business.  I had to take days off of work to take this trip I won. I am going to try to contact corporate and see what comes of that because the manager there was just as rude.

Please I urge you never to use this travel agency.
