If you are contacted by a person claiming to represent a disability law firm in your area, they are probably calling from this boiler room set up in the midst of a call center in where else, Florida, the capital of boiler room call centers. The staff here impersonates themselves as calling from or behalf of a particular law firm that helps claimants receive disability claims. The problems begin with poorly trained staff who are unqualified to determine if your claim will be successful. Clients complain that their application has spelling errors and other glaring mistakes. There is no security in place to guard against ID theft. Unguarded computer screens with personal information is rampant. Not to mention the fact that there is pressure on the Sales team to contact people over and over again until they beg and plead to be left alone. If you need disability benefits go to the internet and call a disability law firm and speak to a professional paralegal or lawyer. Know your rights and what you are entitled to. Don't leave your personal contact information on a website. You will be harassed and you may be giving your persona information to a rotating team of salesmen.
