After I got my gas, I went inside also to get a drink. I was thristy for a Pepsi, but I didn't see any Pepsi. I asked the clerk, and he said they don't carry any Pepsi products at all, except for Coke Products. I was furious and didn't bother to get a single drink. As I walked to the counter to pay for the gas, there were cockroaches and ants all over the floor. Talk about unsanitary. Even the counter I went to was filthy. There was dirt and dust all over the counter, and when I touched it, it was sticky. After I paid for the gas, the clerk didn't even bother to say "thank you". The clerk was severely rude and simply didn't care. But that's not the worst of it.
A few miles after drove away, my car suddenly stopped. I called for help and to see what was wrong with my car. The mechanic said there was water in the gas from the station I went to. I told him I just went to Casey's to get gas. The mechanic froze in shock and said, "You should have never have gone there. There's water in their gas and they're nothing but a bunch of racists trying to support white power groups. They're the worst of all the gas stations in the country." After he told me that, I went back to tell the manager what had happened and demanded a refund. The manager refused to give my money back or pay for the damages done to my car. He was very rude just like the clerk, but he also made death threats at me. It was absolutely horrible.
My wife stopped at Casey's in Raymore, MO, and sure enough the same thing happened to her car. There was water in the gas. That's why I'm speaking out and encourage everyone not shop at Casey's General Store anymore.
This station should have closed along time ago if it continues having rude clerks and managers and water in the gas.
Save yourself and your car a lot of trouble. Boycott Casey's General Store to avoid stress and water in the gas.

POSTED: Monday, February 25, 2013Or internet cafes? Or proxy sites? Even if he did use his own computer Rip off Report would have to give you such info, do you think they will violate their terms and conditions (which you obviously skipped) to divulge such info? And what then? Do you think Casey's will pony up the tens of thousands of dollars to trace the IP, contact the customer, and ultimately lose such a "classy" case? No. Just stop attempting to intimidate people.
#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Seriously...

POSTED: Saturday, March 20, 2010Second, did you seriously get mad over not having pepsi? Get over it. It's a pepsi, not a big deal.
Third, I don't believe that the store would have been that filthy. I admit, some are nasty. I'll give a report about that one. But they try to hide the filth from the customers. If it was that filthy, the area supervisor would have fired the manager, or the manager would have fired the employees.
Forth, Casey's is not racist. Some at the company is but not all. I worked for a great manager before moving into management myself. She was awsome and not the least bit racist. But after moving into management she told me that her area supervisor passed on a black male for employment because, "those people usually don't work out". So it just depends on the person.
The death threats I don't believe unless they were provoked. If your going to make up a story, make it believable.

POSTED: Tuesday, April 07, 2009But IF this story is true then you need do a few things:
- Get a police report on the "death threats"
- Get a statement from the mechanic on the damages and sue them
- Contact the Health Department for the conditions(since they sell food)
However, IF the statements you made are not true you need to be very careful. Because they can turn around and sue you for any false statements you made.

Deparment of Natural Resources
AUTHOR: Ashley - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, April 07, 2009
POSTED: Tuesday, April 07, 2009I however would conjecture that your response is a personal attack against casey's. Having shopped at their stores for years, I have never seen the conditions you describe. Nor am I sure where the "white supremacist" stuff comes in to the picture from this mechanic. If you did indeed have water in your gas tank, it was likely from another source and not the gas station. Modern gas pumps have a filter in them that will shut off the gas pumps if water is detected passing through the pumps.
