My husband is being charged with fraud and cyber crime because of them turning him down for a loan and then saying that he owes them. This not the real truth they are trying to scam people and fill their own pocks with other peoples money. So, please beware of this company.

Your husband can not be arrested for failing to pay a debt

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - ()

This is a scam. Even if your husband did borrow the money and failed to repay the debt, he can't be arrested for it. However, these particular scammers have been sending out emails to people to collect on a non-existant debt. It is meant to intimidate you or your husband into replying to the email. Don't respond to the email at all. Delete it. Go to the FTC(dot)gov website and read up on consumer scams. If they call you, hang up. The whole thing is bogus.

Check with PA Dept of State

AUTHOR: Fred C - ()

That company is not registered to do business in the state of PA therefore have no authority to do anything to your husband. I'd file a complaint with the Attorney General of PA and with the FTC. You can do both online.
