I have been called eveyday for week by a place called cash advance out of california, phone 818-900-9959. Having a day off i finally anwsered the phone and was told that i was apporved to recieceve a loan of up to5000.

Being that i am a single mother with two babies i figured i could really use some but not all so i tryied for a smaller amount.2000. would get me caght up on bill and maybe finally be able to get use nice things for my babies.

In stead i was asked to place 200$ on a pay pal card, green dot. i was promised that it was in good faith that i put this money on to a card and i would recieve my loan. Micheal Williams was that person that made that promise. so once he took the money off the card he had a guy by the name of allen call me back and as if he was tranfering my loan and asked for another 350 for taxes. thats when i know i had be had. now how do i get my money back.

my babies need things, and papmers

Sad to say,

Sad to say but there is no way to get your money back. In order to get a loan you do not have to pay money to get money. That doesn't make any sense. Also, you should never trust a company that cold calls you randomly. They most likely got your information from somewhere and were hoping for a person to scam. If you needed a loan you should have done the proper research first instead of trusting a random stranger over the phone. There are probably more loan scam companies that exist now then legit ones. Another thing, That is why on the moneypak card itself it reads in red to never give the numbers to the card to anyone. Once you do the money can be stolen straight off the card like this company has done. Once you file a complaint with moneypak they will deny your request for a refund because it has a very clear warning on the front of the card not to do that. Sad to say you are out of that money and use this as futher references. A legit business will never ask you to do anything assiociated with a moneypak card. Anyone who does is clearly trying to scam you.
