Cash Advance A man named Allen who said he was a law firm for cash advance. rude, cursed, threatening Internet

In August 2012 a man named Allen called me being very rude saying he was from a law firm for cash advance. I can't remember the name of the law firm. He told me if I didn't pay $450 within the hour I would be arrested.

I would be put in jail and would have to pay a $5,000 fine. I wouldn't let me talk. Then he said they would garnish my social security check. I hung up all upset. I found out what he was doing to me was illegal. He called me back Mon. Sept. 10, 2012 saying they had a lawsuit against me. I told him I don't have a loan with cash advance. I asked him for their number. I called the number he gave me it was bogus. I have tried to call him back on the number he called me from, but I keep getting a recording saying the persons I am trying to reach is unavailable. The number is 501-156-0318. I looked on the internet for this number and found out is a cellular number with Sprint and it is an Arizona number. I know this is a scam._? My concern is he has all of my personal information. Social security number, address phone number, birthdate, drivers license number and email address. My identity has been stolen.
