Basically I was aprroved for a $2600.00 dollar loan and fell behind one month only to find out they are relentless. This month I am filing bankruptcy so they can stick it up there you know wgat. I have gotten so many phone calls i dont even bother anymore. I sincerely hope some lawyer goes after them.

You may want to read up on the new bankruptcy laws that went into effect last year. It is both more difficult and you have more responsibility to repay outstanding debt than before. The law was passed so consumers who didn't pay their bills and tried to get away with it couldn't.
