Cash Converters attempts to "reward" people who bring them gold by offering these $25 giftcards for their stores. When you recieve the card, you are told to treat it the same as cash, you are never informed of any deadlines or terms & condtions of any type.....however, when that particular "promontional period" ends, so does ALL of the value on your giftcard. They jsut don't accept them after certain time periods & there is absolutely no notice to tell you this. Now, a place that requires 2 forms fo identification and has the information necessary and finacial means could have simply mailed a notice postcard or even an outgoing only email message alerting the "rewarded" people to use their giftcards!! I go in there, thinking I have $25 to use and I was NOT- greeted by any customer service. I had to jump up & down jsut to get the rude manager out, who seemed the least bit phased that her store lied. She did NOTHING to resolve the situation. She could have atleast offered me some dvds for driving out there, being taken advantage of, being the victim of false rewarding and for her rude sales staff and her own rude attitude.
