Cash Distribution Reporting Agency ripoff dishonest fraudulent awards notification Las Vegas Nevada

Received notification by mail from Cash Distribution Reporting Agency that I was in danger of immediate cancellation of shipment of over $3,900,622.00 in unawarded money documentation that had been located and documented in my name. If I didn't submit the appropriate entry paperwork, these monies would definitely go to someone else. They asked me not to allow that to happen.

I was to respond to their notification within 7 days and the matter was extremely time sensitive and required my immediate attention. My failure to respond would result in premanent and irrevocable cancellation of shipment of prize opportunity documents totaling over $3,900,622.00. I was instructed to complete and return Form W-915 in my name they had enclosed with $20.00 document fee in the prepaid envelope provided also.

They stated all unawarded cash must be awarded to selected winners as guaranteed by law and I was to respond immediately.
