This company buys used electronic devices.  They have a website where you enter information about your device and they give you an immediate "quote".  When you send the device to them and they inspect it, they severely discount the quote (over 75%) and try to persuade you to accept the price.

I entered my Apple iPhone 3G 16Gb device on their site.  It is used but in good working condition. They offered me $67 and I accepted.  Youhave to check a box that you accept their terms and conditions, which I read and accepted.  They clearly state that the device will be inspected and a final quote will be provided.  They sent me a box and a prepaid return shipping label.  A few days later they called to say they needed their "Buyer" to talk to me.  When I did talk to him he offered me $13 (20% of the original offer!).  He said it worked but it had a few scratches, cables missing, etc. - yes, it is used!  I told him this was a bait and switch.  He referred me to the fine print of their "Terms & Conditions" page on their site.  I assumed they would lower the offer somewhat, but taking the offer from $67 to $13 is unethical and underhanded.  He then offered me $30 and I took it.  I should have had him send it back but I wanted to end the call and not have to deal with the phone again.

This is clearly the business model for this company.  They entice you with a decent offer for your device and then they severely reduce the offer based on scratches and wear on a used device.  They should be shut down.
