I sent cash4gold over a pound of silver. (nothing silver plated) They sent me a check for .53 cent. I realize silver is not worth much but when I sent them 14k gold aproximately 17 ounces, they listed on my "payment" as 10k and paid me only $51.00. I immediately called them and explained that it must have been a clerical error since I don't own ANY 10K GOLD. I was told to send the check back and they would return my items. I didn't trust that. Anyone who would make that kind of error should not be in business.

For your sake, please use someone else to get rid of your gold and silver.

First, let me rectify my previous posting.

Upon discovering that a mistake had been made in my transaction, the owners of Cash4Gold called me personally. I can truly say, their greatest concern was providing excellent customer service. The error was corrected and the problem was immediately resolved to my satisfaction.

While it is true that human error is involved in every aspect of life, the way and time in which those errors are corrected is of the utmost importance. Needless to say, Cash4gold was very prompt. Not only am I pleased with the way they handled the situation, I certainly would use them again.
