POSTED: Saturday, November 27, 2010It's really not needed. No one with a brain would ever borrow money at 96%, and Cashcall discloses everything very clearly on both their TV commercial and website.
To me, this is like all the people that smoke, then sue the cigarette company because they got lung cancer. I mean, what did you think was going to happen when you borrowed the money? And I don't care about how desperate you think you were at the time. You still HAD to see the interest rate, and know that it would be very hard work to pay back such a loan.
If you stick your hand in a pit of poisonous snakes, you're going to get hurt bad.
