First- they keep the $500 fee to set up the account to them selves. Then they charge you interest on it as part of the loan!
Second, ever been a day late? Harassing phone calls are constant. I had to take my cell number off, by sending a letter saying to remove it. I was getting 15 calls a day! No, message left. No number to call. And EVERY number came up as "Anonymous" so you never know who it is. Yet they count everyone as an attempt to contract you. The will not do anything till you give them every last bit of info short of your shoe size.
"Third they are the rudest people on earth. And only want to yell at you. You raise your voice and they threaten you. There is NO customer service with these, dare I call them, people.
Stay away from these people. Go borrow money from Mom, your neighbor. Anybody but Western Sky that sells your loan as soon as possible.
