CashNet Marketing Payday Loan Scam unk, New York

I have been harrassed for the last year by various people w/ Indian accents introducing themselves as Investigator Bob Jones or John Anderson or Willie Scott, etc.  They threaten me w/ a lawsuit for fraud and told me that papers were going to be filed in New York.  They will call my cell phone first and when I do not answer, they call my work phone a few seconds later.  The message is always the same.

After 50 or more phone calls and/or messages that were left, I decided to actually talk to them.  I was told that a lawsuit was going to be filed for fraud due to bad check writing and I was provided w/ an incident number as CFI 150781.  The company they were representing was CashNet Marketing located in New York and another phone # of 347-416-5175.  They must have left 50 other phone #'s over the course of the year.  These people told me that I owe $300 plus interest and wanted me to settle it pronto or they would be filing the lawsuit.

After 20 minutes Mr. Willie Scott hung up on me when I pressed for him to send me the notification of the lawsuit.  To this day, they are still calling.  Does anyone have anymore info on this company?  Let's get a class action law suit rolling.  I have my phone bills to document all of their harrassing phone calls.
