I have been receiving calls from someone who say they repressent CashnetUSA.com. He says his name is Dwight Cooper ( he speaks with a foreign accent).  He proceeds to tell me that our conversation is being recorded.  He tells me that I am being sued by CashnetUSA.com. That he is sorry he will have to inform my employer.  I try to tell him that I have never opened a loan with that company and that this was a mistake.  He then proceeds to tell me my social security number, my bank routing number, my address and phone number.

I acknowledged that information belonged to me.  I told him I dont recall emails sent from Cashnet USA.com.  I did not receive any money from his company.  I asked him to give me specific dates the money was wired to my account and he could not.  I asked him to fax me some documents of the wire transfer.  I asked him why didnt he try to get his money back thru my account, he said he didnt know that maybe I didnt have sufficient funds.  This is definitely not true.  He would not listen to me but kept insisting that I would be sued.  I asked how much the loan was he said $150.00; but now I owed 350.00.

I did not pursue a payday loan with this company.  I might have inquired but I never pursued money from them.  I am sick of him stalking me at my job.

pay day loans

i too have dealt with these company's. some of these loan companys aren't real, they pose as pay day loan companys. when you file an appilacation for a pay day loan, it become's available, for all pay day loan service's to review, to see if your eligable for one of thier loan's. these false company's receive your info also, that's how they obtain your information. then they call and claim you owe them money for a loan they gave you, (which they never did). sometime's they will call back and say they have a warrent for your arrest,(which you can't be arrested for a debt in the United States.)

they threaten you with court procedings, but it won't do them any good, as long as you can get a bank statement, from your bank showing that there was never a deposit made to your account by there company. myself i called the local FBI office and reported it, but didn't get much help, i also called the Federal Trade Commision, they were kinda helpful. but as i far as i know there's not that can be done at this time, unless someone has more info on this problem, if so please comment. i usally tell them that i have reported them to the FBI, sometime's they stop calling, sometime's they just laugh at you. now i tell them that this converstation is being recorded. i also called my local congress person, and senator, giving them any ifo i had, such as phone number they called from, and the company name that claim to be from. I hope this info is helpful. also you can block them from calling, depending on your phone service.
