Casino Air Service Magic is an Internet Scam Contractors Beware! Golden, Colorado

Service Magic are in business to rip-off contractors they are nothing more than internet scam service. They charge you $19.00 to $63.00 per lead to the contractor receiving the lead. They charge me $924.00 for leads for one month and only got a hold of 2 leads that pan out. That comes to $462.00 per qualified lead. All other leads where dead ends. I e-mailed customer service at Service Magic to get a billing statement and to call me, this is the statement I got back in e-mail: ServiceMagic does not have any control over customers not calling back, changing their minds, using someone else, timing of or delaying the project, fixing it themselves, just getting estimates, playing with the system, shopping, gaining knowledge about project, not owning home, resolving the issue themselves, needing info for Insurance purposes, not having financing, or putting in a request by mistake, etc. ServiceMagic has already accounted for this in the lead fee pricing.

Any leads which are sent to you are charged for. ServiceMagic will credit you back for anything wrong like, bad contact info (if both phone # and email address are bad), wrong area, wrong job task, duplicate leads, but not for anything other than this. They take no responbletie for sending you a qualified lead. In the 3 month of dealing with them was the biggest rip-off I have seen. They would go and change limit amounts. I had it set for $300.00 per month then it was set for $900.00 month. I would shut the leads off and they would turn back on. You call the customer leads and they are pissed off due to over six contactors call them at the same time. Most of the time customer does not call back. When I saw what they have charge my credit card of over $900.00 for lead that are worthless. If you are a contractor thinking of going with Service Magic gets ready to be rip-off and with no way to get your money back. Anyone can look up name and numbers that do nothing.
