I have several contractors jumping the line here if your interested in shutdown the company or getting your money back. 

You just got to love the excuses this company makes up that they can't pay. I love how they claim fraud when all stores look alike and there blow up copy of photos are terrible to show their support. They have a responsibility to let contractor know of incorrect picture, signs and so forth. The QC dept falls behind checking photos and so forth. They wanted me to go back after getting paid and will not period. If you don't like the work don't say good job then and deceive yourself period. That is unethical period. Kelly Orr thinks all this nonsense doesn't make sense? Well it should since your familar with not paying out contractors. I already have several contractors on board against their scam/ fraud company period. 

You can kept explaining your side about business to business Ms. Orr. Whether you like it or not maam, I will continue to post the truth all over the internet since well over 90 percent of the work was done, if you pay out at least that amount, I will not go to court. (I have over 300 pages of information!) You can say all you want about being the victim period but I'm the victim because of your careless judgements period. 

You say there is no clear indication between e-mails and his claim. Well, read everything and maybe you'll finally get it! Your obilgated by the contract to pay out for what work was done, so your excuses will stop now. This is clear period!

You will continue to get discredited because of your lack of professionalism. Thr work was done to the best of my ability and you refuse to accept any type of errors from your QC dept which make many m istakes they are not perfect. Your making the bad choice Ms. Orr but holding money that isn't yours period. You will not get away with it either. You have the issue to admitting you can be held liable for every single complaint on here for deceiving contractors and breaching contract and making up lies. Your nothing but a liar period. You pay up or we will have a nice hockey faceoff in court period. See ya!

This company never seems to learn their lesson. I understand how you feel because the company has done the same thing to me. They try new things that do not work period. The owners john and kelly oor will be in jail embuzzelment because they dishonorwed their contractors period!!!!
