I Canceled the project on their contractor portal and received a very rude phone call from the company stating that the Merchandise has been or may have been sent out. this caused me to have to sit around waiting for their shippment to show up and a loss of time and money for other projects that i could have been working on for other companies.
their Communication or lack there of is not good business on any level in the field of merchandising..
