I worked a job for Cast Force in November Last year.  After I submitted my paper work I noticed that I would have to wait till the end of the month.  At the end of the month I got an email that I did not recognize that I needed to resubmit my pictures and I did over six times. Each time I did Jason found fault and refused to pay me.  Now they will not respond to phone call or my emails of the pictures.  I worked for over 10 hours and will not be paid because they will not take my pictures. I was told that that is their right.  How in the heck can you work your a*s off and not et paid?  I want my money.  DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

The Supercontractor is done............

The victims of CastForce will never know the outcome the CLASS ACTION CASE to eliminate CASTFORCE and close it's doors.  The Supercontractor has went from negating everybodys's claims that CastForce is a scam to hyping a class action case at a number of internet boards to silence.   The supercontractor can meet up with the CastForce Scam Artist, Tammy Little in h***.

You can contact a lawyer, i did and there contract is such fine work of bs because they feel they can screw people around like me out of 4k class action lawsuit. They are being investigated and god will light their butts on fire with a wake up call!!!

I would like to express my thoughts on this matter. The first 3 months were good and they liked me but they have just been plain rude to me. I work all hours for this company and they feel like they can push people around. I am not one to be pushed around. I want to be appreciated by this company thats all. They keep whining about me contacting them. Well, if I have questions then I will contact them as many times. I do not like being talked down to period, we are consumers to them because they provide us with services to guide us through projects. There system is terrible. They claim they will go to bat for ya and don't. They take their slow time like turtles in QC. Well get more people in there to process invoices. I have stuckup for this company over and over. They claim they appreciate but I think they are just liars. Julie seems like the solid one in support and Daniel is good as well, but when they say something they should do it. Tammy Little was put in her position to do a job. So, do it lady. I get sick of higher up people put in a position and don't do squat when it means the most! My mother passed away and bad weather in PA area, which is understood to not go to stores. This is all about respect. I respect them for paying me, but they never contact contractors about payout dates or move them out where ever they feel like it!

Interesting post previously above from JAN. with the incorporation of real  names.  CastForce behaves just like a mystery shopping company.   CastForce pays slowly and sends paychecks by regular mail to take an extra week.  Some confusion is that CastForce doesn't pay by the deadline date posted.  CastForce instead sends the paychecks at the deadline by slow mail instead of electronically.   CastForce call center bug the hell out me anytime concerning overdue work.    Although, CastForce takes their time paying.  CastForce doesn't pay to print out and study the paperwork and the pay is just like mystery shopping.   My experience with CastForce was stressful.............................................

Haven't received my entire Jan 18th 2013 check.

I applied with Castforce back in August 2012.  I worked for Mystery Shops with them in my area of Birmingham, Al for Walgreens.  I was supposed to receive my pay in September.  The day I was suppose to receive it which they say it takes two business days to be received USPS.  Well, it did not come.  So I contacted them via chat through their website with my concern for this matter.  They claim it was a system issue.  Okay, so it was sent the next week.  I didn't work with them anymore that year because I had been in a car accident.  Before, the car accident I was sent two boxes of gift cards for assignments I'd requested.  Well, the week I scheduled myself to do them I was in a car accident and had been in the hospital.  I'd given my mother my email address and she stated that she'd seen several emails from them.  Well, long story short they bugged the hell out of me until I got well.  I started back doing jobs for them back in December 2012 and completed all but 1 of the 14 jobs I requested.  The pay out date was Jan 18th and all of the projects were for CVS Gift Card Prepaid Center Display resets.  I received a call the 1st weekend in Jan on a Sunday from John Reiber telling me if I'd complete the assignment today instead of tomorrow that it would be on January's payout.  So I did it. 

I completed the assignment that Sunday, stopped by the grocery store before coming home and I get a call from JOhn Reiber telling me to complete the assignment when I had already set it in to be done the same day I'd received the email and phone call.  I told him I just completed it and was in the store on my way home.  Okay, here's my problem. 

Jan 22nd I received a check of only $24 out of $315.50 and still have not gotten the rest because they claim they had system issues and the projects got screwed up in the system from 2012.  I saw that this was a problem the day before the payout which was jan 17th because on my dashboard it showed jan 18 payout $24.00.  So I contacted Tammi Little only for her to tell me what I had called in about.  She said she was off work and would get it straightened.  So I checked it the next morning and it said the correct amount only to check my invoices paid and it said $24.00.  I was given the run around by Daniel and Julie stating that my check was sent for the remainder and then I was told it wasn't and that if I didn't get the correct amount it wouldn't be a problem cutting the rest of the check.  I told them that I didn't want to complete the jobs I had set up for this week until my check issue was straigthened out.  So Tammi Little deleted the jobs and it set me in probation mode which I had no idea until this week.  She told me my check would be printed last Thursday 1/24 or Friday 1/25 and that was her main priority to get me my check.  She had a very nasty attitude and I saved each and every email I sent and she responded too. 

Today is Wednesdy Jan 30 and i have still not received my check that julie wyatt claims was dropped off in the mail on friday night 1/25 when usually it takes 2 days.  she claims the postal service has been really slow for the last couple of weeks.  i told tammi this is not right nor fair to play with peoples livelihood and i have a bill thats almost a week late that i was already given an extension on thanks to them.  they have changed my contractor score 3 times in the last week and now it's a negative score.  i told julie because of her hard work i would continue to contract with them but i just cant take it anymore so she put my account to inactive without me telling her to do so.  tammi stated everyone makes mistakes.  i told her you're right but when you keep making the same mistake over and over and over again something's wrong.  they have a high turnover rate because you talk to someone different everyday and the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing.  i didnt appreciate jan 19th john reiber calling me when i had already told them that my cousin died and i had to go out of town to a funeral he called me concerning a project i already knew i had set up.  they bug and bug you about your work but dont wanna pay when it's time to pay.  they claim it's system maintenance and upgrades and trying to train new employees.  i contacted narms last week about this sitation and have yet to hear back.. i said i would contact the corporate office for cvs, walgreens and walmart to let them know how they treat their contractors and how they should not do business with them.  i had an issue last month where a customer was harrassing me in the store and i contacted tammi little about.  she called me the same day within a hour and the issue was resolved the same day.  not a money issue you cant get anywhere. 

i have been back n forth with them two weeks tomorrow jan 31st that's if my checks isn't here about this same issue and it's ridiculous.  i told them they needed to check out their reviews from workers because they are a bad business.  i was told by tammi little in one of the emails that i couldnt go to bbb because i wasnt a consumer.  they're gettin away with getting over on people just to make their money.  i would greatly appreciate if i can join in with other reps to become in a civil lawsuit.  i was also told today by julie wyatt that if i'd contact a lawyer that it would be a waste of time.
