I recently attempted to have my vehicle shipped through Castle Luxury Auto Shipping. They initially seemed to be professional and willing to work hard to meet my needs. Do not be fooled. They were a no show, then flat out lied and twisted the facts. They stole our money and this has flat out been the absolute worst experience ever doing business with any company in my entire life. The "logistics advisor" Elvis Mitchell seemed like he was working hard to get our order right, but then completely dropped off the face of the earth. The supposed manager Kathleen Jones was extremely rude and condescending. She had no interest in hearing the facts of how their company dropped the ball and left our vehicle stranded. I have never written a review online before but this company has set an all time low for me and inspired me to write an online review because I don't want anyone else to experience what I did. I highly encourage you to find another company to ship your vehicle!!! No integrity, will not take my calls, stole my money. Absolutely ridiculous. I am livid. We then posted a review on a neutral auto shipping website (transportreviews.com)and they had the nerve to contact the website and have it taken down claiming that I was not a customer. Outrageous. I then sent the review website all of my documents and they put the review back up. Castle then finally replied on the site with a completely bogus I write up claiming we are making up our story. I am incredulous. I would not go through the effort of registering with websites to post the details of my story unless they really screwed me over. I have better things to do with my time. I am an officer in the Army and strongly urge any fellow service members to think twice and find a different company. I wrote a formal complaint letter to their owner and have received no response, which is not surprising given that their office will not even answer my phone calls but just hangs up on me or forwards me to their message machine. Beware!!
