Catholic Health Care Of Ca/ Sedgewick Cmspo they i hoping that i will die Rancho Cordova California

i have been fighting catholic health care west & sedgewick cms for almost8 year now. my injury date is 9-13-2001, i worked for mercy sanjaun hospital as a e r tech. i was attacked by a patient high on pcp and my left knee was smashed.since my attack i have had 6 total knee replacements done,and each time i had to fight with sedgewick cms too get them approved.they keep canceling my temp dissbilty bennifits,they have had me followed.film,told my niehbors that they were investigating me for workers fraud.in 2007 iwas sent to california to see a doctor paid for by sedgewick cms for a qme qualified medical exam. he told me my left knee and leg were fine,but my right knee should be looked at.i kept complaining about to them abot my left knee.i finally found a doctor in billings, mt who would take a look at my knee. since it had been worked on so much it became very difficult to find a doctor to help, Dr Dean Sukin of ortho montana was my savior. he agreed to take me on as a patient. he did a two phase process .when he cut open my leg he found that there wasno bone left in the leg ,only cement from privious times.
he sataed to me that he had never seen flesh that looked so rotten in a leg before. now rember the insurance co doctor in 2007 said my leg was fine.
Dr Sunkin stated that if i would have waited any longer i would have had my left knee cut off above the knee. now i have a right knee that is going out and 4 doctors doctors have said that my right knee is damaged due to my off gate of my left knee,still sedgewick cms balks at me and wants to appeal this
surgery. i am set to have this surgery on May-5-2009 if they dont dienie it. i have not recieved any temperary disabilty payments since11-1-2008. this sept it will be 8 years since my first injury and i have yet to get my date in court. my attorney Millisa brown of sacramento ,ca always keeps me in the dark ,when i asked to talk to her ,i might get a call in a month.sedgewick cms should be put right up ther with AIG the other rober barrons.
