A sad excuse for a business. Purchased two things from them and no problems. Our third item however a washer kept breaking. The third time a man came out we took a look behind him and seen the wiring was bad in the machine. We told them but he hit it added a zip tie and left. 2 weeks later and surprise not working again. The two "ladies" who answer the phone are rude and try to make it seem like it's your fault.

Their current attempt was to make us send our receipt as if we didn't have it. Surprise we do! Still going through this so called warranty war now. Sadly both my husband and know how to fix it but won't because it's the principal. Don't offer a warranty if you don't want to abide by it! So fed up with this place and will never buy anything from here again. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Warranty

A loose wire that the repair man was temp fixing. We noticed the problem but they kept half doing the fix by just replacing the top panel. As soon as the machine shakes over time the wire fell right back out. They sent someone today that was by no surprise rude but Listened to us and secured the wire. This place offers a warranty for up to a year. It's not our fault or concern if they had a shifty electrician refurb the washer. Then instead of listening to us they tried to blame so many other things like our plug which keep in mind is fine because we . if they would have done it right the first time we would be ok. Needless to say we will no longer shop here or recommend it to our friends. We also stopped recommended it to our moving customers.

Warrenty claims....

 So you needed them to come out multiple times to fix your washer. What was causing the issue? If it was a manufacturer issue then you would take it up with them. You see you have called multiple times. This means you have redeemed your warrenty multiple times. This means that each time they have to send someone out its costing them MORE money then your warrenty is actually worth. They may be stonewalling you because of this, if its a reaccuring problem that they have had to fix, they may have just cancelled your warrenty because of over use. Especially if this is a problem OUTSIDE a manufacturers warrenty.
