On July 29th 2013 I bought the Cat's Meow @ Showcase store in the Oshawa Center. That store sells everything you see on T.V I paid $40..66, the original price is $29.99 with $4.68 tax and  $5.99 lifetime warranty. It worked fine for a while then I found out the batteries used are C batteries and of course they dont last very long like their commercial says it does, so I went out and bought rechargable batteries and a charger for those batteries. So then even after using freshly charged batteries it would not go, the polyester tarp seemed to heavy for the wand to move. So on September 12th 2013 I returned it to the store with my reciept and they exchanged it. I brought it home and the tarp had ripped and I had to sew it, they also say it is indesructable. And once again it would not go even with the newly charged batteries. So once again it was exchanged. I brought it home and put it together and once again it would not go so I returned it on November 19th and exchanged it, they then explained after me buying 3 packs of Energizer rechargable batteries and the charger for those batteries that normal C batteries work better.

So once again I brought it home re-assembled it and it worked fine until I had to un screw it to change batteries but the screw material was no longer metal, it was aluminum and would not turn because of the weak metal of the screw. So on November 19th 2013 I returned it once again, they had to break into the toy to get my batteries out and gave me another exchange with a screw that was metal which we taped to the side of the box so it won't be lost.

On November 21st 2013 after batteries were recarged I put them in and it started out fine but would not go, the wand would not stay in and no mattter how many times I turned it off or on it would still not go. I am about to exchange it one more time but this time I am demading my monies to be returned which they probably will say no because it says Final Sale on the reciept. I don't  want another product because it would probably will be the same cheaply manafactured as the Cats Meow toy from China.
