Cat's Meow Double billing with no recourse Internet
I ordered 1 unit on Sunday night whcih consisted of 2 toys. When I went through the ordering process, it gives you no opportunity to see the charge before it is processed. The order got processed for 2 units ie 4 toys and I was double charged. I immediately called 1.866.343.5007 only to be told that the office is closed until Monday 8 AM EST by a recorded announcement. I called Monday @ 8:30 and the recording said they were closed for Memorial Day. So I called today, Tuesday May 28th @ 9:30 AM. They would not cancel the second order because they claimed it was already on the truck - pretty quick if you ask me. I was offered a $20 credit if I would keep both. They refused to cancel the second order. This is a real scam in that they give you no opportunity to see your order before it is charged to your credit card and refuse to cancel 1/2 of the order that you didn't want in the first place. Stay away from them!
