Just an observation: the previous two positive rebuttals were glowing wonderful reports - both entered on the same day.  Certainly someone in the company could have found the bad press then asked ex-employees (or family or friends ... or themselves) to make a positive contribution.  It's possible.  Just noting the oddity of it though.

I'm giving these people a chance and advertising with them.  If I find a problem, I'll return with an update.

As a former employee of Paulo and Deirdrea, I thought the rip off report was for bad customer service and poor consumer goods, I didnt know it was to slander certain individuals.

Although I dont work for Paulo and Deirdrea any longer, my time working with ADS/CMS was a learning experience both personally and professionally as well as fun and exciting. I know the economy is tough on everyone and attitudes are shortened because of it, but it doesn't mean you should turn a valuable community resource like this blog into personal slurs on the bathroom wall.

Paulo Frattini personally helped me when I was in desperate need of a helping hand with a personal situation when no one else would. Paulo and Deirdrea both offered me an opportunity to work and build my resume when no other company would.

Like the saying says "People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones" or my personal favorite "Don't hate the player, hate the game" we all know the grass isn't always greener on the other side, so dont be angry at the people you left in the yard. 

I hope in these tough times after posting hate mail you do find time to look for positives in life.

I have had many dealings with ADS and their employees over the years.  My own experiences with the Company and the people involved have always been professional.  To read the above postings comes as a shock to me and I'm sure would be a shock to others that work with them on a daily basis.  

I'm not quite sure how ADS is a "fake" company as they conduct legitimate business on a daily basis.  The thing about these Rip Off Reports and I'm sure many companies would agree is that it gives a disgruntled ex-employees a place to spew venom.  I would hope anyone reading these posts would not be swayed by someone's angry rants as no one knows the basis of their anger and more than likely is of their own doing.  People tend to look for others to blame for their own failures.  There are always two sides to every story.

It is sad that whomever posted previously had nothing better to do than try to drag Deirdrea Renwick through the mud.  Anyone that truly knows Deirdrea knows that none of the above is true. They would also know they she is very outspoken and does not sugar coat things or pull punches. Many times the person who tells it like it is and has the role of being the company enforcer ends up not being the most popular person around.  I'm sure Deirdrea does not need me to defend her honor as her reputation and work ethic really speak for themselves.   

I'm sure just like myself, most people who read this will not allow someone else's opinion to keep them from taking the time to form their own.  

In closing, no one person or company is perfect, but ADS and the people behind it (Paulo, Deirdrea, the employees and the many distributors) are good, hardworking people.  Sad that someone is trying to take away from that.

I agree with the previous complaints that this company is a fake!  Deirdrea is a liar and a thief, and is finally getting what she deserves!  Sayonara "D"! Good luck in the real world, and trying to find a "real" job!  Hahahaha!

Run far-far away from this woman. She has manipulated, cheated, lied to and stole from sooooooo many people I'm happy to see the veil has been lifted.

Dont even start to preach about your "good name" Diedra! I cant even count how many lives you have ruined running CMS.
This $10 card is nothing, even though i am sorry to hear about yet another person getting ripped off.

It's about time that your name came online for all the shady activity that you are involved in... Just a little tid-bit on info for anyone reading this... They are known to change names often to try to out run Bad PR... New Name as of January 1, 2011 is Wait for it..... ADS - Advertising Distribution Systems ....

I am terribly sorry for this happening to you, unfourtunatly I did not know about this incident. I beleive that your spoke to our former customer service rep at the time, a  employee of Cause Marketing Solutions that spoke to you  perhaps using my name. Your compliant was never brought to my attention. If I had known about your disatisfaction I would of issued you a replacement or a refund. In this case you have now damaged my name personally by listing this complaint on this website, I would appericate that you remove this complaint from this data base because you damged my good name over a 10.00 complaint that I never knew about.
