I signed up for Cavalier phone and net service and was told verbally and in writing that I would have service in 8 days, which was a little longer than the much more helpful verizon but I would save a couple bucks. They said the 8 days was worst case and never took that long, on day 9 I call and am told it is 8-10 bizz days despite what i have in writing, so on the 12th bizz day i am told that they are behind and that they make the connection on the 10th day but it takes a couple days to do this other thing to make it work. at this point i am ticked. i work from home and am sick of hanging out my window to pick up a wireless connection,

then come day 15 with no service i get home from the store to find a note on my door from them saying they came to hook me up but since i wasn't home i will have to reschedule which is amazing since i was never told i needed to schedule anything and was told they wouldn't need access to my house to hook me up,

so finally i say to heck with it, this is signs of things to come and then came the fun part, i say give me back my $70 and they say no, then i fight and yell and they say ok but it will take 6-8 weeks, now they took it out in one day and can't put it back for 8 weeks, so 6 weeks goes by and i call to check up and I am told the person who did the refund goofed but she would do it write, should have it in 10 days, which was odd given the manditory 6-8 weeks before.

10 days later i call again and find out that again they didn't do it write and need to do it again, then i call again and that person still did it wrong but this person swears they will fix it. a week or two later i call back and i am told it was put into my acount a week ago, so i check and no money, then they said it is because i am getting a check in the mail, a few days no check, then it is because my refund was denied because it isn't a refund it is a credt,

all in all it took almost 3 months to get my money back which really was a loss considering the hours i wasted on the phone, never use them, they are terrible and they know it, multiple supervisors even said that we know how bad this is there just isn't anything we can do,
