at its best!

I terminated an 8 year TALK AMERICA AOL program in November 2006. AOL sold the TALK AMERICA account to Cavalier in March 2007. Cavalier debited my credit card for a charge in April 2007, and has managed to baloon the charge to $546.78 by November 2008. I didn't catch the Cavalier charge in April 2007 until I received the notice from a collection agancy that $546.78 was due.

I'm not responsible for sloppy or inadept accounting errors on account of corporations, but this ticks me off.
