Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC/SPV I,LLC No account number, ineligible signature of affiant, no date by signature Valhalla, New York

I am having a problem with the claim and affidavit that was attached to my summons last December 2011. It is now September, 2012. I need to strike, but I also need some help from an attorney on this matter. The attorneys in my area will not help me if I do not pay them to answer a question or to check my work. I been doing this pro se.

There is no account number on neither the claim or the affidavit. I cannot read the affiant's signature and she did not date it beside her name. Where her legal typed name should be it has legal administrator, which I do not think is legal on any affidavits in NY or anywhere.

Also on this affidavit is no address for her employer.

I have already gone through all the steps which are answer summons, answer their admissions, interrogatories and documents, i also sent them Defense request of admissions, interrogatories, and production of document and things, I had to file a motion to compel for discovery and then had to set a court date for the judge to hear the plea for the discovery. So Now I get all this stuff back from Cavalry's attorney in my state and they refused everything. Also the affiant didn't answer the interrogatories, but the attorney answered for her. It is my understanding these were to be done under oath and this attorney answered for her. I have a suspicion that the attorney here in my state never sent them to New York to be answered or there is no such person as the affiant in this case.The affiant's name is Stephanie Cappelli and the notary is Louis Dardignac. Now I had read on another case in Georgia or SC that the latter had been an affiant for Calvary before in 2006 or before.

Is there any attorneys willing to help me find out this info and help me write a Motion to Strike Claim and Affidavit as I am not familiar with NY laws?
