This agency has not contacted me directly. On November 2004 They reported to the credit Bureau a debt of 22,580.00. They said that on September 2004 an account was opened with an Original Creditor "American Investment Bank" for 10,793.00 and American Investment Bank has no idea what they are talking about.

I have never opened such an account and I cant imagine an account being 10,000 in September and in November the account is 22,000. I have no idea who these people are or how to get this information off of my credit report. I have written credit report agencies and have gotten no response.

I do not know how to contact trhese people directly.

Gina,

Get ahold of your attorney generals website and do a consumer complaint and request that they send a copy to the company. If you look up Cavalry Portfolio Services up in the computer I think their address is 7 skyline dr. Hawthorn, NY.

Don't wait for them to hike up your interest as they did me and debited my bank account without notice on 3-10-06.

The attorney general's office will direct you as to what to do. They may also do it for you.
