these guys need to be stoped! they even sent me 800.00 dollars in vouchers to hang in there untill my catalogs came in the mail.after 60 days no catalogs.......i called them up,[by the way they put you on hold for ten minuts every time you call]and told them to cancell everything.before i could even opt out from there mailings i had to send them a letter in my own hand-writting.then icall them back to ask for some kind of refund,and they acted surprised and had no idea why i had''nt received catologs and again tryed to talk me into waitting a few more daysfor them .i asked for there supervisor.after three minutes went by a woman got on the phone to say hi ,then like nothing was going on ,she said that her company did not give out any refunds,what so ever,and then hung up on me..theseguys have to be stoped..i'm closing my bank account out asap. just think , i was on vacation in las vages two months ago,i could have looked cca up. maybe droped in and said hi to those guys.....ha,ha,ha,,,i'm not stoping here with this,like i said these guys need to be behind bars ...i'll keep you all up-dated on my progress.

i would love to give you the address of the cca corporation. its 1050 e sahara ave it is aproximately 3 stoplights from the las vegas blvd sahara intersection and there is a bank of america right across the street, if you are ever in las vegas again stop in the owners and ceo/ pres have pictures and names on the wall by security desk
