Ceasar Gaiters III of Stone Mountain, Ga., and his associated companies, obtained a loan from me to assist with his property preservation company. He is by far the most unprofessional business person, and I use that term in its loosest possible sense, I have encountered in my 30 years in the business community. He began his slow decent into oblivion by not communicating either his progress or his intentions with regards to business progress. I gave him more than ample opportunity to work out a suitable arrangement in lieu of court action and I did not receive even the common courtesy of a return call, text, or email.

I subsequently was left with no options so I sued him in two seperate Georgia courts, Magistrate and Superior, which resulted in the same outcome, a judgement on my behalf. Both Honorable Judges were able to quickly read through his morass of BS. I had to sue in 2 seperate actions because he had the audacity to appeal the first case he lost even though he had no legal leg to stand on.
