About a month ago, I purchased 2 tickets for my sister in law and her daughter (5 years old)to fly from Iloilo to Manila in the Philippines.
Airline has a rule to be checked in 45 minutes before the flight departure. Although my relatives entered the check-in area 65 minutes before departure, they were denied boarding on that excuse.
Beside my sister in law and her daughter, another passenger suffered the same fate, which brings to a total of 3 passengers who were bumped out.
At about the same time, I saw 3 vip's being ushered in through a side door...coincidence...????
On 2 occasions, I wrote a complaint to the airline, they did not even have the decency to reply
